The commune of Belmont-sur-Rance installs an ALTAO® Modulo multi-service station for bicycles
Staff at Belmont-sur-Rance recently installed an ALTAO® Modulo multi-service station for cyclists. Close to the multi-sports ground, this service station will delight urban cyclists and mountain bikers alike.
The ALTAO® Modulo module is made up of several parts. Each offering a very specific service.
The multiservice station for cyclists that simplifies bike cleaning
The wash station is very intuitive to use! All you have to do is place your bike in the rail on the ground. The user then stabilises the bike by the saddle using the metal arm provided. The bike now stands upright without the need for any human intervention.
All that’s left to do is choose the wash world that best suits your needs. Medium-pressure wash, with or without soap?
A complete module for small everyday repairs
Thanks to two other unique features, the ALTAO® Modulo bike wash and repair station is also a place where you can carry out minor repairs to your bikes.
Users can re-inflate their bike’s tyres in a second space provided for this purpose.
On the other side, a raised rail is also available for cyclists. Using the same procedure as for the bike wash, cyclists can stabilise their bikes upright without having to hold them down. They can then dip into the toolbox under the rail and carry out the repairs they need. To do this, they can use :

- Phillips screwdriver
- Tyre changers
- Torx screwdriver
- 6-sided star spanner
The tools are self-service. However, they remain secure by being chained to the containers.
