Noisy-le-Sec station : Bicycle parking with 480 spaces

In Seine-Saint-Denis, Noisy-le-Sec station is taking a new step forward in the development of active mobility with the inauguration of one of the largest cycle parks in the Île-de-France region, with 480 spaces.

Designed to facilitate intermodality between cycling and public transport, this new facility offers a comprehensive, secure parking facility tailored to all types of cycling.

Plenty of parking at the heart of the multimodal hub

Developed by Altinnova, the project combines secure parking, services for cyclists and self-service parking to meet the strong growth in cycling around the station.

• The development includes a 264-space ALTAO® Spacio Fermé secure shelter:
  • 260 spaces in Optima V10 double-decker racks, including 6 E-Bike version “P” roll bar
  • 4 ALTAO® Bridge hoops for cargo bikes and special bikes,
  • 1 ALTAO® Fix repair station,
  • 1 ALTAO® T’Pump inflation station,
  • DIWIO® Box IDFM access control system,
  • DIWIO® Cam video protection and counting system.

• An ALTAO® Spacio Open shelter with 216 free-access spaces, including :
  • 144 seats in Optima V10 double-deck racks
  • 35 U-shaped urban bicycle bars,
  • 2 ALTAO® Bridge hoops for cargo bikes and special bikes,
  • 1 ALTAO® Fix repair station,
  • 1 ALTAO® T’Pump inflation station

This infrastructure allows users to park their bikes safely before continuing their journey by train, tram or bus, in a modern and functional environment.

Optima V10 double-decker racks to optimise space

Altinnova has integrated its Optima V10 double-decker racks into the secure shelter to maximise parking capacity while guaranteeing excellent user comfort.

This equipment enables :

• significantly increase the number of spaces available on a limited surface area,
• make it easier to handle bicycles thanks to a lifting aid,
• limit conflicts between handlebars thanks to alternating heights,
• effectively secure the bikes of everyday users.

Their robust, ergonomic design is perfectly suited to the constraints of large, busy multimodal interchanges.

Infrastructure designed for all types of cycling

The project also takes account of changes in cycling practices, with facilities adapted to cargo and utility bikes. The ALTAO® Bridge hoops provide wider, more accessible parking spaces for these new, fast-growing uses.

Cyclists also benefit from additional services directly on site thanks to :

• the repair station ALTAO® Fix for minor maintenance operations,
• the inflation station ALTAO® T’Pump for easy tyre re-inflation before the journey.
